A mood board is a collage of images, text and colors to capture the feel and direction of a brand identity. Mood boards are essential when brainstorming a brand identity.
If you’re in the process of working out a brand identity, a mood board will help bring things like company attributes, vision, identity and the emotions you want your brand to convey together.
As you move along in the world of design you will develop your own personal brand.
For this lesson task we had to make a mood board for our personal brand as an aspiring designer.
This was so much fun and really inspiring, but also a lot of thinking of what I wanted to focus on, communicate and which emotions to convey. I have always followed my own path. Tried my best to follow my heart and passions. This mood board is meant to inspire me on my own way forward to living my dream life. For me this means with the knowledge to start my own company someday and the freedom to be able to work from anywhere in the world from my computer. Combining graphic design with my passion for photography. I still got a lot to learn but I am on my way.
